The Actinomycetes are gram-positive, unicellular bacteria that grow in a typical filamentous manner on solid substrates and may synthesis wide range of secondary metabolites, including enzymes. Proteases universally present enzymes catalyze hydrolytic processes break down protein molecules into peptides amino acids. protease enzyme is used food detergent industries. goal the current investigation to identify isolate prospective capable state fermentation for production. soil samples yielded total 30 isolates. On starch casein nutrition agar medium, B5 was observed be potential strain production enzyme. optimum conditions maximum were at 30°C with pH 7 when incubated 5 days 6th day old culture 2mL inoculum volume substrate concentration (pomegranate banana peel powder each 2.5 g) g. addition Carbon source Nitrogen medium has enhanced activity 442.8 U/gds.
